For centuries, people across all cultures and civilisations have practiced some kind of meditation. There are many different kinds of meditation, and a beginner can quickly become lost in the abundance of information, videos and books in the self-help section.

Luckily for those who want to know how to meditate, it is not a difficult or complex activity. But, even the simplest of tasks can be done unskillfully, haphazardly, or just plain incorrectly. By the of this course, you will have the foundations for lifelong meditation practice.

This course will cover:

  • 5 The 5 W’s (who, what, when, where & why) and the H (how) of meditation. This includes knowing what faults to avoid too
  • How to breathe and sit still
  • How to know you are meditating and
  • How to make meditation part of your life

This course is designed for people who have never meditated before and want to begin their journey, as well as being suitable for people who want to try a new set of meditation instructions.
